How To Apply Online Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana

You have already been informed about the Prime Minister's Crop Insurance Scheme. (Find out what is PM crop insurance →), this time the question is how you will apply for this scheme. We informed that application for this scheme can be done in two ways online and offline. And how to apply offline was also told. This news will inform you how to apply for the Prime Minister's Crop Scheme online.

You can also apply for this scheme yourself. Before applying online, scan the required documents for application. To apply for PM Crop Scheme, go to the official website of this scheme: https://pmfby.gov.in/ All the work of PM Crop Insurance is done on this website. As you can see in the picture below, you have to click on the box that is made first.

After clicking on this box, a page will open in front where you will see a button of "Guest Farmer" below the text "Don't have an Account", you have to click here. (Pictured below)

After that a form will come in front of you, you have to fill this form. Account Creation Form for Application to PM Crop Insurance Scheme (shown in the picture below) When filling up this form you need to give Aadhaar number and your banker information.

This form will send the ID and password to your mobile number after dawn. You need to login to the portal with this ID and password. After logging in, an application form will come up. If you have to fill that form, then the Prime Minister will be able to take advantage of the crop insurance scheme.

According to the government rules, only those farmers who do not have any loan in the bank can apply for this scheme. Apart from their own land, those who have been given government land for cultivation can also apply for this.

What documents are required for online application:

• Scan all these documents. Because you have to upload these documents while applying online.

1.  Farmer's photo
2.  Farmer ID card such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, driving license, voter card, passport.
3.  Farmer's address ID such as driving license, Aadhaar card, voter card, passport.
4.  If the agricultural land is own then the land deed.
5.  If the crop is sown in the land, then it has to be proved.
6.  If the crop land is rented then the agreement with the land owner will be required. It is important that the land information is well written in this agreement.
7. Cancel check has to be given to get the money directly in the bank account due to crop loss.
