The third phase of lockdown is now going on all over India. And many people are stuck in foreign states for lockdown. Despite trying hard, he is not able to return to West Bengal. Therefore, the state government has made arrangements for e-passes for people stuck in foreign states.

In other words, if a person from outside the state wants to rent a car and return to the state with 4 people, e-pass has been given to them. Online application has started from 5th May.

Also people stuck in West Bengal can apply for this e-pass if they want to go to a foreign state.

However, in order to enter West Bengal from a state outside West Bengal, the applicant has to return to his own management. A maximum of 4 people can return in a private rented car. The schedule for those who want to return to the state by train will be announced later.

Everyone has to apply online from the official website of the Government of West Bengal (wb.gov.in) to enter the state from outside the state or to go to the state from West Bengal. Entering the official website of the Government of West Bengal, you can see the words "Entry Pass (One way pass for entering West Bengal)" and "Exit Pass (One way pass to go outside West Bengal)". Now you have to understand your condition and select and apply.

First you have to give the name and phone number of the applicant. A username and password will be sent to the phone number. Then you have to login and submit the specific application form. Applicants will receive e-pass after application.

However, most of the applicants claim that the website is not working fast. It takes time to apply properly. Having problems.
