In other words, if a person from outside the state wants to rent a car and return to the state with 4 people, e-pass has been given to them. Online application has started from 5th May.

Also people stuck in West Bengal can apply for this e-pass if they want to go to a foreign state.

However, in order to enter West Bengal from a state outside West Bengal, the applicant has to return to his own management. A maximum of 4 people can return in a private rented car. The schedule for those who want to return to the state by train will be announced later.

Everyone has to apply online from the official website of the Government of West Bengal (wb.gov.in) to enter the state from outside the state or to go to the state from West Bengal.
