Storyline:

Deepak Rai (Sanjay Kapoor) runs over a satchel that contains instructive testaments having a place with a lady named Aarti (Priya Gill). He figures out that this woman lives in Nainital and sends her stuff back to her, this starts a getting through correspondence through letters.

Despite the fact that two or three has never seen one another, there is a shared fascination. Aarti's siblings by marriage Nirmal (Tej Sapru) are empowering somewhat. While Nirmal proposes she wed a Mr. Prem (Salman Khan), an eminent youthful finance manager in his area and colleague, Aarti's more established sister believes that Aarti should pick her own soul mate.

At some point, Aarti begins on her excursion to find and meet Deepak without illuminating him that she is coming. He is at present living in Delhi as he has some work contract with his supervisor Neha there briefly. Not improving the situation is Neha (Sushmita Sen), who is Deepak's chief and sincerely leaned to him as well, however Deepak isn't. His heart pines for Aarti.
