In the town of Kamarottu, which is arranged in Karnataka, Janardhan Gambira is a touchy property manager who lives with his significant other Santha "Shaku" and his sibling Eknath. Janardhan's companion's child, Vishwanath Ballal, shows up at the town with his better half and two youngsters, Aparna "Panna" and Mohanchandra "Munna". Vishwanath tells Janardhan that Panna is locked in to Rakesh and that he needs to organize the marriage in their tribal Kamarottu house, however Janardhan denies, as the house is spooky by the brahmarakshasa. This is because of his child, Sanjeev "Sanju", having taken gems from the town's sanctuary, a long time back. Around evening time, Sanju shows up at the town, from London where he meets Panna, who alongside him, finds the executed body of a cop named Suresh Krishna, in the house well. After this occurrence, Inspector Vikrant Rona shows up at the town to examine, where an endeavor is made to kill him, however Vikrant figures out how to get away. After assuming responsibility, Vikrant arrives at the Kamarottu house, where subsequent to reviewing the well, he tracks down the dead cop's handbag with a ₹1 note in it. Vikrant heads to the woodland to track down the offender, where one more endeavor is made to kill him, however he figures out how to overcome the aggressors, who escape.
